This thread is just here to thank those who've stuck with the game, through the bad and good and continue to. It's also to ask what you think of PC elitists, obviously we all think they're not good people.
(PC Elitist = "Dust should be a PC only game, because console gamers don't deserve to have games, ever.)
Do you have any funny stories about PC elitists, especially in Dust, or any (preferrably unpopular) opinions about them? I'm just being a nosy guy, but I feel like if we all contribute stories this thread could get fairly hilarious.
For example: After a game driving an HAV, while squadded up with some corp mates, I'd wrecked one guy in particular, not on purpose or anything. He sent me a hate mail, telling me that I suck, Dust should be on PC because people like me don't deserve it, to burn in H311 and that he hoped that all my HAV's got bombed. I died for 30 minutes and laughed until I cried. I sent him a message back calling him a "Space Kitten" and that he should just go back to giving orbital support to us real gamers.
(I don't really feel that way. EvE is amazing and I know people who play who are more hardcore into the game than me. A.K.A 90% of the community. You guys are way dedicated) |

I didn't say there were, I was only noting that such people exist, both in Dust and where I go for my entertainment (EvE forums) I haven't seen anyone make a thread like that (It would be swiftly nuked with trolls) on the Dust forum, and that wasn't the main point of this thread, the point was that we could all share interesting stories about our experiences. It was going to be one of the VERY few threads that didn't have to do with complaining, or whining about getting killed by something. You know, it was going to actually be a GENERAL DISCUSSION but...Now I can see that dream is dead. |

Why would english not be my first language? My punctuation is on point as well as my spelling. if anything...The "E" in the word "english" shouldn't be capitalized in your post. |

Didn't say that homie. Dust loyalist is someone who didn't simply say "This is just a rip off of CoD" and quit the game. |
