No Mr GM I don't think I will be opening a "ticket" to anywhere, or emailing anyone. I won't be going down that road. We know how it works:
- The people who moderate the forums are the same people answering support tickets and simply parrot what they have already said.
- Requesting escalation sends your request to the same group of people.
- Attempting to complain to anyone else results in vicious retribution and threats.
No I don't think I will be wasting my time with that. You and I already know how that game is played.
So I can't think of any better place than in public to discuss the actions taken by CCP when they choose to bypass their "great wall of rules" they use as a stick to beat us all because it is a simple convenience to them.
As you choose not to abide by them, so I can see no reason why I should abide by them either.
So you can set your support staff at ease, I will have no cause to use their services. Anything I want to say here I can say it at any time.
Having witnessed so much of it I will be here calling out abuse as I see it for as long as I like. |

Also your post is a rule violation. Your experience may be that however it is not mine. As I've said before, easy to demonstrate but I wouldn't want to be in breach of Rule 9, or goaded to do so like CCP Eterne has tried to do the other day by making threats.
If the criticism to support is just a little to correct you can find it immediately closed without a response. The process is a sham.
Try to raise an issue with Internal Affairs. They will tell you they don't have oversight over forums. Raise an issue with support and they will mock you and ask you why you don't just go complain to Internal Affairs.
Try to escalate something. There will be retribution an threats of further retribution.
I believe I have already covered my points on why I discuss this in public. |
