I know the answer is no, but if there are other female Dust gamers, let me know. None of my current PSN friends play (except the 2 or 3 I've met playing Dust)....
Would other female gamers be into creating an all-female corp?

Currently I know three females, and two of them are from our corp. Look for Heavenly Daughter and Spytech Shytech, they both are nice fellas(unfortuantely I forgot the third female's name, she's not in our corp). |

I find it odd that every "female" merc I've squadded up with has a dude's voice on comms, and every female merc here in the forums seems to have a male merc avatar.
I think you're definitely onto something with that all female corp, though. Let me know if you ever need a Bosley.  |

Who would have guessed that this thread would descend into:
- accusations of sexism for female-exclusivity (protip: some of the reactions in this thread are reasons someone might want a female-only space, considering as male-biased spaces are the default).
- implications of objectification and straight-up jokes about predatory behaviour
- dismissal of differences between genders (moar protip: the absurdity here is best explained by considering white guys who "don't see colour". That's great! And really easy to do if you aren't totally immersed in a culture which is unaware of how often it highlights your difference to you.
Good luck disregarding future trolls and finding some lady gamers to chill with. |
