Was digging through the EVE Data Dump that the new Dropsuits were found in and found some other stuff... Haven't been around long enough to know if this is old stuff or yet to be released stuff. Anyways:
Equipment that doesn't seem to have appeared on the market yet:
A-86 Active Scanner CreoDron Active Scanner 'Acolyth' A-86 Active Scanner 'Cirrus' CreoDron Active Scanner 'Eclipse' Active Scanner
Description:
Sending out a triggered pulse of high-frequency magnetometric waves and interpreting the results with an uplinked onboard computer, the Active Scanner gives ground units a snapshot of enemy positions. Projection nodes set at specific angles on the hand-held device, generate a vectored impulse capable of extracting objects from high-noise environments. Feedback from the pulse is filtered to reduce ambient clutter and pinpoint targets lacking IFF signals.
Though the amount of energy required to produce the blast is much greater than its on-board power source can readily generate, the Active Scanner makes use of redundant J-24 micro-capacitors to circulate and build the charge up to the required output. The resulting delay between activations is a small price to pay for the enormous tactical advantage the device provides its user.
HAV items that do not seem to have appeared on the market yet:
Chakram Kubera
Description:
The Heavy Attack Vehicle (HAV) serves as an anchoring unit for many planetary engagements, fulfilling its role as a long-range and heavily armored unit. Equipped with thick and resilient armor plating and high-capacity shielding systems, it is a tenacious defensive vehicle, able to withstand persistent onslaughts from entrenched enemies.
Designed for clandestine operations, the Black Ops HAV comes factory equipped with a robust suite of scanning and electronic warfare systems. A low scan profile and a built-in CRU make the Black Ops ideally suited for troop insertion behind enemy lines, and its hull formidable enough to keep them alive once theyGÇÖre there.

Some active scanning modules are currently on the market. I think the black ops tanks were briefly tested on close beta. I played it sparingly so am not sure. They sound verrrrry cool though I hope they make it into the game. |

Active Scanners are this hand held device that scans ahead for enemies. However it was broken so they removed it while they work on it.
Those are Black Ops HAVs, they used to be on the market |

Active scanners were glitched when in closed beta, removed to be fixed. I haven't checked if they were added back in or not.
Black ops hav were to be the stealth and electronic warfare hav, but the modules for these things were not in game. This made them more expensive then marauders but not as good, they will be back once their modules are added. |

yah i'm pretty sure the only thing the black ops tanks did was cost twice as much while being slightly weaker than a marauder.
oh and they had cool paintjobs, supposedly. only like 2 guys ever had them so that's secondhand info. |
