Week and a half old player looking for a corp. I am 100% logistic, and I only care to play skirmish mode. Due to my support role play style, my k/d is abysmal (.7). I come mainly from having played CoD and a little bit of BF3. I also played TF2, but that was many years ago.
I have tried to join a few corps, but apparently there is a k/d requirement without even considering the person's play style or limited experience. I hope below to show what type of player I am so that a corp can better determine whether I fit their philosophy. Furthermore, I am not focusing skills on killing. I only have Assault Op III, MD Op III, and weaponry IV. The remainder of my skills are to improve my tank so I can survive to reach my targets or to simply carry all the equipment I need.
I tend to play an FPS with certain philosophies or rotations throughout the match. For Dust, below is my "rotation."
1. I hover with a group of course (although in most pub matches, I don't think players know I am supporting them; more often than not, they run into enemy fire without falling back some so that I can repair them first and load them up with fresh nades).
2. I try to have a fallback or frontline drop up (this can be a hassle since most allies will abandon it to instead run around the map as the enemy one by one just hacks away what we worked for; sometimes, I abandon the drop in favor of a repper.
3. I use my MD as a means to scatter/disorient so that squad can pick off as necessary.
4. I use flux grenades for their radius and to soften shields; again, squad picks off armor.
5. If we start getting overwhelmed, I drop a nanohive a little further back and begin pelting the oncoming area with flux grenades and MD, usually hoping that squad mates comes in soon to re-position or reinforce.
6. I also use my MD and flux grenades to buy me a few seconds to get to a teammate to revive him.
76. I have an AV logi setup to help bring down expensive vehicles as fast as possible.
8. I tend to have my repper out in a group to help keep everyone topped off.
9. Only when everything above is taken care of do I worry about kills.
I've stated all of this because aside from actually squadding with me, this gives a potential CEO the best look at the type of player that I am. My k/d suffers so that my teams k/d can flourish. My loadouts down to my grenades and primary weapon are geared towards supporting and bolstering my team.
As for the corp I am looking for, I would prefer a corp that has ties to EVE since I do have a character there. Please message me in game, as I rarely have time to check the forums. |

If you want an active well organized and well connected corp shoot Shattered Ascension an application. We are a part of Dust Gents which is the Dust side of Gentlemen's agreement and as such we have a large number of allies and can always fill squads and just offer a lot of people to play with.
Shoot me a message for more info if you want or just drop an application in and try us out. |

If you're interested in a freelance, non-alliance, teamwork-oriented corp that will be selling our services to the highest bidder, we might be a fit for you; Militaires-Sans-Frontieres. We require mics, and expect our people to follow SL orders. We are not casual. Training is available if you need help learning the game, and once the PC (Planetary Conquest) game comes up, we will be taking a planet or two or our own as a base, with most equipment at cost for corporation members. K/D only matters in that we need to kill our enemy to win, but it is attitude -and more importantly, mindset- that matters.
Our website is here. If you have questions or concerns, just mail me in game, or at my PSN name; Adanu. I am the recruitment and training head for the MSF. |

you sir are in luck!!! Celtic Anarchy is recruiting!
first things first, we don't have a KDR requirement, as a fellow logi i understand that having a low KDR is quite normal considering we do so much support for our squad so that they can take the glory. and our corp has eve ties, our EVE corp was founded almost 10 years ago so you'll find some of our players in the EVE universe as well
what we require from you is that you should have a good sense of humor, a mature personality, a mic and above all else have fun and enjoy Dust 514
if you are unsure about us you can always play a game or two with us. i'll get in touch with you in game once i get the chance. to join us you can find us via the NEOCOM > Corporation > Search > Celtic Anarchy for inquiries please do not hesitate to contact our officers:

Howdy, Let me tell you a little bit about our Corp.
Spec Ops Gaming, was founded by Prior Service Veterans and Active Duty Soldiers about 2 and 1/2 years ago. We play many games under our Clan Tag S||O and do very well for ourselves, combining our leadership abilities from the real world and tactical awareness we have learned through training and combat. Our Officers are very knowledgeable in the area's that they specialize in and have put in a lot of time to get to that point in their game play. We look for a couple things when recruiting peoples into our Community.
GÇó Maturity, It doesn't matter what your age, gender, race, creed, religion or sexual preference is so long as you can maintain an adult'isk atmosphere and keep the drama to a minimum.
GÇó Dedication, We as a Community strive to keep our Clan "Corp in this case" the best it can be, If we aren't can only maintain being the 11th best Clan on any giving day then that is our best and we are proud of it, that being said we will strive for number one. We need someone that will put in the time and grind with us, Fail when we fail and take something out of it and constantly try to improve even when we win.
GÇó Participation, We understand that people have lives outside of gaming, We will not come between that or ask that you make a decision to do so either. As a Community of gamers we know that Family and real life comes first. We wouldn't want to hinder that.
GÇó Trustworthiness, Spec Ops Gaming knows that trust doesn't come easy and through time we hope to gain yours, however trust is not just given so we will work hard to earn yours just as you will have to do for ours.
Spec Ops Gaming is not just a Fly by Night Clan or Corp, We have been around for a while and will continue to be a force in the gaming Community, When you join us, you are joining just that, A Community. You can check us out by joining our public chat channel "Spec Ops Gaming". Hope to see you there!
What we can offer you.
GÇó When we say we are a Community we mean it. Sure we play games and play to win but we didn't build our Community off of a game we built it off of our members and around our members.
GÇó We are ranked with some of the best Clans in the world as far as other games that we play. "wont go into it here will be more than happy to explain in game". So we always try to do our best and hope that it pays off.
GÇó Real leadership, Not only have our leaders been Clan and Guild Officers / Gm's for many years but a lot of us have real world Combat and personnel experience to go with that. Theres not much in common with the games we play and real combat but we do exercise our training in game, when it applies.
GÇó Overall we are there for our members and are willing to guide them and teach them how to be better even if they are already great and like wise are ready to learn from them, knowledge is power.
