Accepting dedicated players starting today. All applicants must donate a mild amount of isk to the corporation before acceptance, and then again on the 10th of every month. These isk will be used for the betterment of the corporation via research, equipment, and always, politics. All active members will bare the benefit of these donations so don't feel as though you're just throwing your hard earned isk away. Instead look at it as a investment in a corporation that's dedicated to taking care of its members(you)!
All members will be required to maintain a reasonable amount of activity both on and off the battlefield. What that means is, not only will you be required to fight for your corporation, but also members will be required to perform After Action Review(AAR) When the fight is over. This isn't an elitist only corporation and as such I expect all members to communicate positively with one another during AARs. Through these positive interactions we will be able to identify our deficiencies as a fighting force and adapt our tactics until we are all elites!
Currently we are seeking player focused on recon/support sniping, close quarter support machine gunning, assault and attacking, and piloting. We must function at a TEAM on the battlefield, so if you run and gun lone wolf style, you're probably not looking into the right corporation here. That said if you feel you could be an asset, we won't turn you down.
For the first week after acceptance, myself or one of my officers will evaluate your performance. We would like all members to maintain at least a 1.25 K/D ratio. However, if you are found to be valuable to our team, this criteria can be waived. We understand that attackers/hackers are subject to intense battles when performing their duties. If after your week of evaluations, your performance is found lacking, you will be immediately be relieved of your position and isk invested will not be returned. The isk lost will serve to compensate other members in recovery of lost equipment associated with your performance.
If you have any questions send them my way.
Hope to see a few apps soon! Good luck! Mike |
