I don't mean becoming a Pay to win, I'm talking like if they came out with a really cool gun that was unique, unlike every other gun in Dust thus far, it would be in AUR only. Please tell me this isn't the road that Dust is heading down...

Everything has an 'ISK' price ;) The DUST 514 Market has not yet been implemented so it is a bit too early to speculate on the negatives/positives of it.

They aren't uber rockem-sockem suits, just a novelty item. Will this game have unique items that only Aurum can buy? Yes. It has been that way almost from the start. Why would it not be? Many before you have wondered in a shaky panic if Dust would be a pay-to-win game. The answer is no. Are there collectors items issued that be worth much ISK down the road that are paid for in combination of Aurum and good timing? Sure, and why not? What road is it that Dust should be headed down? It is after all a free to play game with bills to pay...

Please tell me this isn't the road that Dust is heading down... I believe that when the game gets its player driven market place, people who do buy the stuff can sell those items for ISK. So if you don't want to pay real money, you can buy the same items for isk.. But prepare to pay more isk than that aurum equivalent because you are essentially added a middleman whose selling for profit.

Don't see anyone from CCP making posts about all the AUR stuff being on the ISK market and I'm getting really tired of the new wave of P2W crap popping up. People need to learn to read...

At least this has been what I have seen through the closed/open beta. Nothing super OP that was AUR only, just something to help build up ISK or try something extra-fancy/different color type things. I don't see this turning to I can by an awesome gun for real money and own... more just I can match my weapon to my suit and be the ragin pink killer on the battlefield.

They'll put it up for AUR, someone will buy it and resell it ISK. =\ If they had any plans to actually make it so you could pay for items with either, they already would have done so by now.
