I wasn't exactly sure where to post this, but it felt the best to be put here.
Anyway, myself and a few friends decided to form a corp together for just us, and I was wondering if Dust 514 has anything for a small corp to do aside from Instant Action. I was looking through how Corp battles worked, and while it seemed awesome it also looks to be for corps with more than 3 members  . |

There is a thread in the corporate recruitment forum about small corps joining forces to play as a bigger group for possible corp battles or FW or something. Should be in the first five pages or so. |

Thanks for the info. Hopefully CCP will figure out something for us small corps, but until then I'll enjoy some instant action. |

Unfortunately, as a small corper myself, New Eden does not play nicely with tiny corps.
We might be able to capture low-value planetary districts (once that is available), but we will never be able to play against the big boys.
HOWEVER...
It may come to pass that Alliances (groups of Corporations) will be able to field people together in a battle. In that case, there would be a built-in mechanic for a bunch of smaller Corporations to cooperate in conquering districts together. |

I personally think we're going to see a phase of loads of the smaller corps joining together to form larger ones, in the future simply so they have enough members to field in the larger battles we're eventually going to get. |

The fact that smaller corps, especially ones starting out, have such a hard time (not even mentioning corp battles), I started the Small Corps alliance. That alliance had grown where the original small corps are no longer small and therefore had merged with another alliance. Once things are finalized with the merger, I plan on still providing support for smaller corps. I want smaller corps to survive and thrive where there's more than just a few big corps poaching and exploiting the smaller ones. |
