When is it getting removed? I love forging a dropship with 6 guys in it, only to see they all committed suicide and only get assists for it. If the dropship reaches 0 hp midair it should explode into flames, killing everyone and giving me the credit for the kill. The same issue occurs with tanks but less frequently. |

I would love to see dropships explode into fire and death.
A slow burn out and crash is so anti-climactic. |

This happens to me all the time in LAV's and AV grenades. It will be at 0% health but not explode so all the guys get a chance to jump off and I get a kill assist for one vehicle. |

I agree and don't agree. My friend will get hit in his dropship by a Swarm and lose his shield then get hit by (I would say God knows what but there are only swarms and forges and rails atm and we blow up the rails.) a super beefed up Forge and go from full to falling from the sky and his armor rep saves us.

The repper only saves you from the burn damage. Many pilots have stated that they lose control once armor hits 0, whether it STAYS at 0 or not, so the armor rep won't really help against the single shot that is a Forge/SPACE RPG.
I'm all for a Dropship exploding when it hits 0, everything else does. And also all for removing burning. |

T he burning is weird, I mean I have driven flaming LAV's through veritable obstacle courses and been fine, but the moment a dropship hits the burnzone all control is lost. It's really disconcerting, it's like every single control between you and the engines have stopped working for no reason, and all you can do is fall straight done, it's not like you can even try for a crash landing, it's just: fall, Boom! But i've also had times when i get control back after the reppers push my armour back up, it is to say the least confusing. |
