I ran out of ISK, I just kept dying due to being inebriated all week.
Now I'm back on top with 1.2m ISK. |

I think I had issues keeping money when I started back in August, but it's not such an issue anymore now that I keep my losses in mind as a game goes on. |

Have you tried not grabbing your crotch when you're playing? Also dying uses up a lot of ISK, maybe if you did that less it would save you some monies! |

I spend most of my time below 1 million, it's the downside of running a dropship, they cost loads, are as fragile as pottery, and give crap payouts most of the time. |

really ive only upgraded dropsuit and weapon and im usually top 3 my Good weaponset is about 50,000 for now im workin on shields fgirst n i also have a cheaper class my isk is usally around 900k ur class dont mena much if you have to pay a lot all the time. |

I'm usually sitting below 500,000 ISK, but it's because I prefer to stock the living hell out of all my gear. I'd rather have a ton of usable gear sitting around and not have to worry about restocking every few matches than have a giant pile of ISK that isn't actually doing anything. |

When I first started playing I'd get to having only a few thousand isk but never actually went broke. Then when I started this character I stayed in starter gear until I skilled up for the type-2 assault suit ; I still spent a bit of sp here and there on other skills so by the time I got the type-2 I was sitting on around 20 mil. I tend to stick around 14 mil now after restocking my fit to 150-200. |

I have 7mil ISK, not a lot for EVE standerds, but that number is rising.
A quick tip, you dont have to use the best gear like Proto or ADV gear, if you cant afford it dont use it.
I keep my fitting in the 30-40k range and most of the time I turn a profit, given I dont die 5 times in a match, I switch out my fitting to a milita fitting if I feel I'm losing too much. |

I keep about 14 shmil(and climbing) laying under the mattress in my merc bunk. I've also learned to keep my inventory lean, so about 10 each of 5different loudouts I tend to use. So my merc is staying in the black profit wise, and what more could you ask?
I'm not really worried about amassing a huge bankroll in dust, because i have nearly a half a billion in liquid isk in my eve corp. It's kind of like being a trust fund kid i imagine... just waiting for that fortune to open up.
And more than that, I'm waiting for something worth spending a lot on. Right now, I don't find i even need to spend too much.
FWIW, I don't lose any more money when I am hitting the sauce vs sober. WTF are you slamming dude? lolz.

The Department of Public Safety does recommend fiscal responsibility, and offers these few tips to get you started if dying less isn't within your immediate reach:
1. In Ambush, spawn first in a cheap fit to counter terrible spawn mechanics. The second spawn is almost always better.
2. Consider using well placed drop uplinks before spawning in your good gear.
3. Make good use of maps with supply depots to spawn cheaply, and swap safely.
4. Consider adding ths ISK value to the end of your fitting names as a good reminder of what you are risking.
5. If you are having a terribad match, only spawn in cheap fits. Don't rage into bankruptcy.
6. Learn to recognize the pros on the opposing team. Consider this when ISK is tight.

when I logged out last night in my account I had 86,200,120 ISK.So to answer your question .No I have never ran out of ISK.Its simple math risk/reward feature which is the very underlying factor of the EVE online New Eden/Dust 514 principle.

Remember codex? That was a bad time; 100,000 ISK was an above average payout, 60,000 was what people usually got.
Now I'm getting around 200,000 a battle. |
