Gonna cut straight to it. Wide array of topics.
1. Game is lagging. It is off and on from match to match. Some matches are fine. Others are bad. Like "bad bad". Please to fix.
2. Your geometry. DAMN your geometry. You have surface faces that are WAAAY outside of the sillouette of the object. The damn ground terrain is a friggin debacle. the damn ground is "sticky" in places. and then other places make no sense in terms of not being to ascend. or the ever popular "you died" for no reason. just trying to hope up a difficult polygon on the terrain mesh, a small one, and it gets this weird "stuck in midjump" thing and kills ya. but for real, the mesh resolution on pretty much everything is screwed. if i throw a grenade on an angle that should go up and over the corner of a building, it should go. not bounce of some invisible polygon that sits outside the texture/displacement map/whatever the hell you are using on the objects.
3. opacity is not opacity. if i shoot "through" the objective tower on A at an enemy, the bullets should not be blocked. the opacity of the object, the line of site of the shooter and the bullets should all be the same. the bullets should go thru, not get soaked up by the objective. because you put opacity on it, because there are empty spaces, those spaces should actually be empty. please to fix.
4. these stats are crap. the leaderboard is crap. the end match stats are crap. and they will continue to be until you do 1 thing: display player profit margin. you need to include isk spent in terms of dropsuit loadouts used during the match vs the income earned. if a player is doing "great" on the leaderboards but is actually pulling down a solid 20k per match, then that needs to go public. same for corporations. another element of this is that it will help the casuals understand what they are doing. they need more data to finetune what they are doing and the profit margin per match is probably the best thing for them to wrap their heads around right now. everyone is jacked up on k/d and for some weird reason you guys decided to leave out wins/losses. that actually makes no sense. but profit margin is sorely missing from the stats.
5. i had a very weird moment the other night when i actually had to go back to the other site and reread one of the articles i posted just to make sure i wasn't having some weird Matrix like moment: long story short, i told you these casuals wouldn't get it. i told you they would wind up going bankrupt. sorry. you guys gotta do something to help the casuals get a better understanding of what they are doing. i have no clue how you educate thousands of players to the same level but my god, having been in this thing long enough now (enjoying it mind you) i've seen these casuals go screaming face first into the ground like a short bus off a tall cliff. the clans get it. they are fine and you guys still haven't taken the chains off and let em join pub rooms together. but these casuals boy... i don't know if they are clueless or just don't care but man when you up the ante on this game they are only gonna get it worse and worse. you gotta focus them on the cost/profit issue. get em off kd.
6. if you are gonna put folks in a match that has already started and is a losing match, designate it as an "underdog" match and give up the 2% sp bonus for the extent of that match, ya cheap sods. that's such a jack move.
7. mic is still goofy.gotta turn it off in options and on again, saving both times, to get it to work. that wasn't how you intended it, was it?
8. need smoke grenades. please to fix.
the main thing to me right now is the game is "clunky". i get stuck on polygons that either shouldn't be sticky or shouldn't be there at all. and the ammo is effected by invisible polygons all over the place which is really on some 8 bit stuff. would expect a lil bit better from you guys.
other then that, you guys have a solid thing in place that could go long if you ever decide to ramp it up. as it is now, can't even call this basic training. still gotta ways to go.

Since this board specifically says ONE item per thread, I'm going to focus on this one. Not that your other points are bad, but if I had to pick one, this is the best.

it's a very important part of what is missing right now.
actually probably the only thing that separates this game from the others.

Don't take away the current stats, but adding the ISK/AUR killed/lost stats would be great. |

oh no not removing any of the stats. just adding in profit margin. and for sure the clans need it. if a clan has a HUGE player base, but that clan in total is bleeding money out, then it must not be that great a clan. profit margin will set the standard. not kd. not warpoints.
but right now i've been in a ton of squads with folks and i keep running into folks who are broke and pissed about it.
because they aren't given enough data to understand the right progression direction.
and too i think folks don't get that this is a LOOOOOOOOOOOOONG walk.
not a sprint.
the sprinters are gonna burn out fast. the walkers who take it slow will be around later when the real show starts.
but the folks who are on the bubble could use some help and i think if we see a buncha names at the top of the leaderboard with hi kds, but right next to it is the stat saying that this person actually made like 50 bucks or worse, lost money on the match, it would go a long way to clearing up some of the confusion the casuals are having with the stats.
