I have noticed that during late EU/early US evening lag gets *a lot* worse on Dust. Some enemies make lag jumps so frequently it's practically impossible to hit them at all, especially when they move - and this is when they run in straight line, no maneuvering.
This makes me think either the servers are overloaded or the game is somehow very bad on movement prediction when user has laggy connection. In either case this is something you *need* to fix. Having a crappy connection or server being overloaded is not a valid reason to get *advantage* in game. Hits need to land regardless of the time of day. |

I found this bug report and, well, it might be this is the same problem: https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=434556#post434556
I experience this kind of "moving enemies jump three widths worth back and forth randomly when running" mostly during late hours my local time. Because the effect increases bit by bit, it's very much possible it's also a memory leak underneath. |

After more testing I can confirm that this is *not* about my local Internet connection, overheating or memory leak; I've had this happen when room temperature was definitely not above normal readings (it's rather easy to guarantee this when it's -9C outside) and PS3 had been on for only 3-4 games.
So it seems to be something on either the server end or connections of other players. Or bug in the client. |

GMT +2 when doing the original report, +3 now.
