Damage complaints? Sure! Increasing heat build up as a way to nerf them down a bit, no problem.
But complaining about them being a "Point and click weapon/Newbie weapon/So easy to use". What isn't? Mass driver aside, literally every weapon is point and click. The laser rife is about as simplistically point and click as it gets, and yet you never hear complaints about its ease of use.
Just a nitpick perhaps, but ultimately it's a useless, baseless criticism. |

My only complaint about the LMG is that i can't find it on the marketplace :P
Here I am stuck with this lame HMG that fires pellets. I can only imagine what a LMG is, maybe it fires lasers instead?
But seriously on topic HMG's aren't op, just some of the users of them know what they're doing. |

Yeah, in some regards. I tend to be decent with calculating trajectories so I find fighting with it long range to be intuitive and relatively easy, but fighting enemies on a slope or who are above are an absolute PITA :P |

Are to understand that this thread is about ignorance being a necessary attribute of "comparining about the LMG in regards to ease of use"?
For that to make sense, we need to understand ""comparining about the LMG in regards to ease of use".
Let's start with the most obvious target. "Comparining" seems to be a bizarre complaining/comparing hybrid. While masquerading as a misspelling of "comparing" it is followed by the word "about", giving credence to the possibility that "complaining" is the intended word. I'm under the impression that it's a mutant merger of the two.
Comparining: To examine in order to express feelings of pain, dissatisfaction, or resentment regarding the similarities or differences between...
The subject of the thread is the LMG. The next step in deciphering the OP is to work out what an LMG is. OP says we're talking about a weapon which requires heat build up and has had complaints made about the damage it deals. One might assume by this description that we're talking about a Heavy Machine Gun but the acronym doesn't fit. I am going to assume, then, that the OP has access to a Light Machine Gun or is a total muscle-bound badass and doesn't find the Heavy Machine Gun particularly heavy. Alternative interpretations of "LMG" are welcome.
So we're talking about a Light Machine Gun... and more specifically, we're talking about it with regard to its ease of use.
Ultimately, we're talking about the Light Machine Gun's ease of use, when both compared and complained about compared to (one assumes) its peers. (Not much sense comparing it to a bowl of cereal or to a sunny day, unless instead of statistical comparision, we're looking for poetic brilliance).
The Light Machine Gun doesn't have any peers because it doesn't exist (yet)... so to say that ignorance is inherent in critical discussion of the Light Machine Gun's ease of use is patently ridiculous.
