Hey all
Anyone in the EU managed to get the starter pack installed?
It shows as purchased but does not show up on my download list and dust does not indicate installation either.

There is no download just get assigned to your account when you log into dust after selecting your char should get a window that pop's up asking if you want to assign the items to you char |

But that's exactly the problem. This is not happening for me at all. I'm sure the OP and Weingarten have the same problem.

Yup its definitely a bug of some sort.

Yep same here. Purchased it but when I log into Dust 514 nothing comes up asking me to assign it to my Char. Also tried pressing download a few times in PS store.
I am in the UK and I paid for it as not a member of PS+ . |

Wow, did not realise if you were logged into the Dust Game on an alt Char, in this case Dra'ke Lionstone (the post above) it also changes the forum Char you post as.
Bit of a concern as I am deleting Dra'ke Lionstone so I hope the starter kit is not assigned to this Char. |

I too am having the same problem,tho it does show in my transaction history,it doesnt show up when i start dust  |

Did you guy's buy it from the PSN or while logged into dust if you buy thru the dust marketplace it then get's automatically assigned to the char your on when you buy while logged into dust.
I got mine lastnight when the store was updated and i logged into dust afterwards and was able to assign the items |

At the mo you can only get through the PS Store as nothing showing in the Dust marketplace. I checked the Dust store first in the hope of buying it that way but no joy. |

Got mine from the psn store, i cant even see it in the dust marketplace, where is it?

I emails Dust 514 support.
They have no evidence I 'purchased' the item. Seems like a problem on sony's side. |

Same problem for me, too. I'm ps+, clicked buy and download, but it never synched with the game. Also, I haven't had the usual email from Sony saying I have bought it yet... |

Contacted CCP and they have no record of the purchase and they do not have access to Sony's PS Store side of things.
So I have sent an email to Sony Playstation for resolution. Got an automated email saying they will reply within 24 hours :-(

For PSN related queries - [email protected]
You may want to contact playstation to. I also forwarded on the email from CCP to Sony confirming that they had no record of the purchase.
What is annoying is that I am not a member of PS+ so I actually paid real money for this item. |
