I claimed the free ps+ starter pack, when being prompted to download it nothing happens and no items are redeemable when i log into dust
anyone else having a similar issue? I'm an EU player if that affects anything. |

Same issue with the EU starter pack here also. Hopefully a fix will come up soon enough. |

Yep, the fix is to just pretend you got it. Maybe it will be there after I've downloaded and reinstalled dust since it just corrupted again!!!!!!! |

I'm having the same problem.
EU player, selected the Starter Pack through the PS Store on my PS3 and it won't download. Tried restarting my PS3 but it didn't make a difference. |

Yes, UK doesn't appear to be working even if your PS+ , a few friends in the UK and PS+ members haven't had anything redeemed. So we're unsure if it's actually implemented yet.

Naughty. If that is the case they shouldn't put it on the store yet or at least put in a warning that it might take x amount of time before you get it.

I'm from Ireland and another member of the Corp I'm in is from here too and as far as I know he was able to D/L this without a problem but it's not working for me.
I got an email from the PS Store and it shows that I "purchased" the Starter Pack in the email but it still won't D/L. |

Contacted CCP and they have no record of the purchase and they do not have access to Sony's PS Store side of things.
So I have sent an email to Sony Playstation for resolution. Got an automated email saying they will reply within 24 hours :-(

You may want to contact playstation to. I also forwarded on the email from CCP to Sony confirming that they had no record of the purchase.
What is annoying is that I am not a member of PS+ so I actually paid real money for this item.

Similar issues with the Starter Pack for me.
Purchased the Starter Pack from the PlayStation Store AU region (Australia) . Also purchased some extra Aurum in the same transaction. The purchase appears in my PSN transaction history. The Aurum delivered to my Dust account with no issues.
No sign of the starter pack. No prompt for assignment to a character at login, no items in my character inventory.
Checked again after server maintenance , still no Starter Pack

There's been an official reply over here about it so the store team is or will be aware of it.

Success. Just logged into Dust a few minutes ago and the pop up box asking to assign items to a Char came up and it appears to have worked, thankfully.
Otherwise all I received from Sony was that as I have a Sony Entertainment Network (SEN) account they could not deal with my problem via email and I would have to ring them on their pay telephone line, even if it is only 4 pence a minute, it's still annoying that I would have had to have paid even more to resolve a problem they may have caused. But I didn't have to so all is well in the universe, of Dust. |

I can also confirm that it works although an "internal error " message occurred still I had the items and aurum on my character. |

when i logged in today there was a small patch 28meg under games on the consol and that fixed my prob.. |

All I did was just login after I saw the posts about people getting the items,nothing else. |
