Ok, so I read about how there are two types of weapons, the standard ones (the more you use them the less you have) then I read about Blueprints. I'm confused on what is going on with those. Do I buy a blueprint at a higher price then pay a small fee to get the item again rather than paying X amount of money to get restocked in it? I figure eventually the players on EVE will control the making of the Blueprints, but until then what's going on? I also bought the Mercenary pack and was wondering is that a blueprint, or am I going to lose the guns I paid 20$ for if I use them..... |

Blue prints (BPO's) are permanent. You buy them at a much higher price, but once its bought, its yours forever. No paying for materials. |

There are also militia, Aurum bought, bpos on the market. These are bought using real money and are intended to give players a little more isk when first starting out, as you then don't have to keep buying every militia item. It's debatable as to whether they are worth it or not, as militia items are cheap on isk anyway. |
