The Amarr wanted to preserve battle experience and create the "ultimate" soldier. They had many elite soldiers who were retired, missing limbs, or otherwise out of action who had invaluable experience. So they used this tech to put their elite soldiers consciousness into genetically beefed up bodies with additional organs, alloyed bones, and dulled nerves. Now they had a formidable, and highly experienced, clone army. The other factions noticed, stole the sleeper technology from the Amarr, and started their own clone programs in suit. The Amarr soon discovered that their original clones were tainted; the sleeper tech made the clones go insane. So a secret meeting of the faction leaders occurred and Jamyl gave everyone else free untainted clone tech and almost begged them to use it instead of the sleeper tech. The other faction leaders were hesitant but took the technology, each mentioning similar observations surrounding the numbers "514" and their soldiers. [Source: 514 (Chronicle)]

The other factions switched out the original tainted version 1 clone tech for the clean version given out by Jamyl. That's who we are. We are the "clean" version 2 clones. [My assumption]

Several of the original (sleeper tech) clones went crazy and started causing incidents all over New Eden. One shot Tibus Heth, several others bombed Caldari cities. In response, Tibus Heth wanted all the original clones destroyed as a preemptive strike and ordered the Caldari Navy to fire on their own planets to destroy the clone facilities housing the originals (most of which were sane, not yet experiencing the 514 issues). We, being clean versions (without sleeper tech), were called in to help the Caldari destroy the originals. This takes care off the paradox. They aren't enlisting DUST clones to help them eliminate all DUST clones. They are enlisting clean version 2 clones to help them eliminate tainted version 1 (sleeper tech) clones.

Are you sure? Then why aren't they after us?

Also, the soldiers have different clone tech entirely. They use altered brains with an additional lobe that coordinates everything, and implants retrieved from the sleepers that nobody really understands yet. The soldiers also don't feel pain so much, which is probably part of how they can deal with getting killed repeatedly.

So, after the Factions have found out that they could make soldiers immortal, it was used on the mercenaries. And since we cannot be killed, only way to drive us back is by hiring more skilled mercenaries than the opposing Faction. But while they are so heavily focused on mercenaries, what about their own military soldiers? Why would they hire mercenaries if they have their own soldiers? Is it like they don't have their own soldiers any more? Because it is not like the Factions hire one or two mercenaries. It is like combo of people from all kind of factions. So I think that is a bit of paradox. Any thoughts?

for example if a normal soldier sees a snipers but gets killed by it before he could say anything that info is lost forever
