Just played a game where a corp on the opposite side (*cough* seraphim intiative *cough*) rolled 4 proto advanced tanks. It was fairly epic to see and scary too. Now I know what those wee humans in the dream sequence in terminator felt like.
However it wasn't really that much fun.. I know, imagine wanting fun in a game right? Maybe I should just HTFU and be grind content for other players. 
I just hid tbh as militia swarm launchers did hilariously little.
The best bit was when two tanks chased me up a hill just to kill lil old 4 hour old me with my grapefruit launcher (militia swarm launcher). In related news I figured out how to shoot the swarm launcher round corners. |

This wasn't a corp match, this was through the "instant battle" system.
I can't do corp matches, not in a player corp.

I definately saw a sagaris and a magrugar.
All were blaster fit, and when I fired my puny grapefruit launcher at the Mag, I think I took less that 5% off the shield with 3 volleys. I couldn't tell if they had hardeners active or shield boosts because I was shooting from behind cover, doing that lock and shoot into the sky trick. |

Sort of related.
There is a "fail safe" sort of device/module on the API database dump that basically makes you explode when you die. |

Just happened again on my alt.
Friken mag tank and a gunloggi (or whatever) the tanks squad commander also made it so much better by dropping 4 or 5 orbital strikes during the match.
For the love of Dust, please please spec some anti tank stuff.
