5o1st is looking for new people. This means you. It doesn't matter if you re a skilled player or not, we need gunners to ride shotgun in tanks and blast people. In fact brand new players could be best as they can build a character just for this job right from the word go. (Or other jobs of course) Mics are always good but not needed. We're growing fast and already have people in each time zone. Must be the name.,,, 5o1st can't be beat.
To apply, from the main page look for....
Corporation --> Search --> 5o1st ( 5 little o 1st ) --> Apply
It's as simple as that.

Might I recommend you give some facts about your corp? A lot of people want to learn a little about the corp before applying.
Ex. mics/no mics, FW preference, etc. |

A fine suggestion, in fact I had plans to edit the main post as things progress, as you can see.

As CEO I put all my hard earned skill points back into growing the corporation's numbers. It takes a great many for each bump to the next level. The 5o1st has a dedicated CEO currently running around in nothing but starter gear to make this happen. But it's worth the effort, as I still manage to bag plenty of head shots with the militia sniper rifle and get the job done |

There are many corporate features we here at the 5o1st are looking forward to seeing. One in particular is the corporate armory (asset) where you can swap out the gear you've looted but can't use, for gear that you can. With the program in development this will be a great boon for those whose kits have become pricey, or are saving up for vehicle purchases.
Speaking of vehicle purchases, the 5o1st has gone mobile. Look for us on the battlefield, we'll be the guys rolling in tanks and other geared up transports. Flying lessons are also underway.
Last but not least we have put together a forum for members to communicate, work on strategies and receive the wisdom and tips of more experienced players. Come join us.

As you might have noticed, there are three toons named Soozu. So let's make it clear who is who.
Soozu, is a sniper and will cover your back.
Soozu - 2 is a vehicle operator and you can ride along with in a tank and shoot people and other stuff.
Soozu - CEO is a suit and tie guy who scrapes by on the battlefield, as he puts all his hard earned skill points into his corporate skills for the betterment of the whole.
Membership is active in the 5o1st. There is always someone to play with in your timezone.

For new players the menus can be tough to figure out in DUST 514, here's a quick tip or two for today's bump.
To send private mail, hit the square button to enter text. I know it sounds obvious and newbish but it's a different button than other areas of the menu and many blank messages get sent because of it.
You can listen in on your squad's conversation and tactics even if you don't have a mic. Go to system configuration on the main page and turn voice chat on, THEN, in the squad chat menu at the top, "Activate Voice" and you're in.
