Seriously, 5 damn months, 9 of the SAME DAMN GAME MODES, I WANT SKIRMISH 1.0 BACK

CCP Nothin just had a short chat with the IRC crew and they're considering lowering module and turret prices (however expect hull prices to rise as compensense) |

A side from the crap spawns of ambush, weapons and vehicle(LAVs) handling like ass after months of beta and grouping i dont have much displeasure atm,maybe i should play abit more and come back on a bad game or two and vent. The ars are statrting to **** me off from being good in all if not most ranges and they outclass some weapons in effectiveness making them redundant to use,but maybe im saying things without thinking. |

I see a tank from my dropship cockpit, I swerve to avoid, dodge between some towers because his blaster is dealing serious pain, and boom. Some wires hanging between the towers took out all my armour and the rest of my shields, dealing more damage than what I later found out to be a large neutron blaster.
Wires.
WHAT THE KITTEN?
MY DROPSHIP IS NOT GOING TO PLAY THE LIMBO WITH WIRES WHEN THERE ARE TURRETS TO BE AVOIDED AND HASTE TO BE MADE. GODDAMNIT. WHEN I FLY I IMAGINE MY SHIP AS SHADOWFAX WITH WINGS NOT A BRICK FILLED WITH GUNPOWDER READY TO EXPLODE AT THE SLIGHTEST PROVOCATION.
I don't care if anything else, yes, even lampposts, remain indestructible. My respect for lampposts stem from Narnia. However I will not tolerate wires turning my flying brick into a brick minus the flying.
My placard will read
CCP? Can Cause Problems.
I will be marching in my merc quarters, since the doors I can't even bloody open.
The riot will be unstoppable.
The universe will be set on fire, doused with tears, then reset on fire, until wires become wires. |

I really like the game, I do think some enviromental issues who be fixed. Sticking to hills and some how being killed by falling to death while climbing mountains. |

I'll tell you how I feel but I think it's just lunch related.
So, you're tired of waiting of waiting 5 months? That's about roughly the same amount of time Eve players have to wait for their expansions. Don't like CCP to take their sweet time to make sure everything is right and as least broken as possible? Tough luck. I would rather wait an entire year for a good product than to rush CCP in half the time for a crappy product.
Besides, if you want to know, CCP did say they will introduce some new features including updated graphics and better interaction just before Fanfest which is in April this year or after Fanfest in June which is about the same time Eve Online is expected to receive it's next expansion. So keep waiting. |
