Posters making threads that do not conform to Forum Guidelines will have their threads closed and they will be issued a warning. Posters that post in a locked thread will be issued a warning. Three warnings will result in a temporary ban. Repeated violations may result in a life sentence at the Sheriff's discretion Trolling citations will be issued for trolling that is not deemed to have artistic value. A citizen must report this violation and the Sheriff will decide its validity. A deputy position will be created in the coming weeks.

I am just trying to help you. Having society judge you (negatively) based on what you type is a worse punishment than a warning or even a ban.
