I can in here expecting jokes about Gallente, Caldari, Minmatar, and Amarr. Instead it's some idiot spouting bizarre racial stereotypes. God, I was disappointed. |

Just noticed the argument in this thread between SoTa and Malinche.
Someday, the Imps are going to realize that if one person with your corp tags acts like an ***hat, it makes both of their corps look bad. It makes it even worse when you defend him instead of telling him to knock it off, since it makes it look like you agree with everything he's saying.
Reputation is important in New Eden. If people think your corp is run by troglodytes, they're not going to form alliances with you, they're not going to hire you, and they might even attack you just for your perceived idiocy. I realize that IMPswarm is just a feeder corp for the Imperfects, but bad IMPswarm behavior reflects poorly on the Imperfects.
You guys aren't Goonswarm Federation. You don't have the numbers or the power to get away with your people being complete *******s. |

CCP bans people in game for forum abuse - thus we don't need to worry about it. It's that simple. If you screw around on the forums too much it effects your in game character. If anyone in imps goes that far they get banned from the corp too. Venom has yet reached that point with this comment and i bet there will be warnings going his way inside our corp and out. Does that make everyone feel better? We just aren't tight leashed. He didn't target anyone out and didn't personally attack anyone - had he you'd of seen a different response. *Us trolling more :D* We aren't so ignorant of PR as you may think. Imps just want our people to enjoy as they like. Venom has an out there personality on the forums and comes off wrong - but in game he's the best guy to squad with. He will make you laugh until you can't see who you're aiming at anymore. Things get miss-understood too easily on these forums - and on that ground I defend him, and none other. He's a good guy - promise. This thread - not so good. CCP will ban him from using the forum, but that won't stop him from using in-game comms to do the same thing, and it won't do anything to mend the damage he's doing to your corp's image.
It's not so much the fact that he's going to be reprimanded, or the possibility that he already has been. It's the fact that he thought it was okay to act like this in the first place, and to be honest, it's not just him. Now, I do admit that there are some good people in the Imperfects and in IMPswarm. Kain Spero, for example, is both a skilled player and an intelligent poster. A lot of Imperfects and IMPswarm members, however, have quite a few members, Venom included, who seem to have little regard for what others think of them and their corp.
As for your assertion that this was intended to be a "joke", I do agree that it was clearly intended to be one. Your corp mate, however, has an extremely ****ed-up sense of humor.
