I think that the jeeps should be able to carry 4 players. When working as a squad you have to call in 2 jeeps because the jeep holds 3 so one player is on their own in another jeep or left behind. You could make a seat on the side of the jeep for someone to sit and shoot from with their gun - pistol, sub machine gun. |

In the next update squads are getting increased to 6 players. Would you rather them redesign the jeep to have 6 seats or call in 2 jeeps that have 3 seats each for a total of 6? |

well i don't really have much a problem with the LAV's currently a new seat would be nice but i think that they should really improve the steering and driving mechanics... i am getting quite annoyed steering with one stick i would say add different acceleration button and braking button is added to the reverse then steer with a joystick like R2 accelerate L2 brake (after stopped reverse) then L stick is steer and hold triangle down and choose seat almost like picking a weapon with the R2 in FPS mode :) just a suggestion |

I believe the number of seats in a vehicle type should not be standard e.g. you might have the caldari LAV have the 3 seats but the minmitar LAV only has space for for two and then the amarr might have an extra seat. same with tanks and such. thus vehicle choice depends on your playstyle, LAVs with less seats quicker while those with extra are slower but add extra firing points (assuming one day they set it so passengers not on turrets can shoot out - Any Body say Driiive By ) |

I agree was about to post a comment on it, their is no reason for all lavs to have only 3 seats, nor is their a reason to restrict the number of guns to only 1.
if anything abut lavs should be changed, I'd change it so you can fire your light weapons while riding in the passenger seat hell even side arms would be better then nothing. |

1: We're getting 6-man squads. That's why there a 3 man vehicle. APC's will be in SOONtm.
2: firing out LAV's dropships, and future open passenger vehicles will be in SOONtm.

You can easily make a 3500 HP (STD) LAV with a hardener. It seems like a fair enough APC. More seats and more armor would have to be a vehicle that has nearly no or minimal offensive ability.
Otherwise if you make it as tanked as a MLT tank, but with a LAV turret and 4 seats that is a prime target for an OB.
I'd be down for adjusting LAV seats, but only if it trades off for something else. There are a few unexplored uses for LAVs that I have found currently, but many people just think of them as disposable. |
