While the results of the ground fighting is still being cleaned up and tallied. The rest of the minmatar in space managed to arrive to the tribal delegation safely and stability of the colony is being determined if there are sufficient number of survivors to continue.

Due to Equal Opportunity Act the side you may wind up on may not be the one you intend. Command shares your frustration but the nearly 100 year old Yulai Convention is not exactly worded for the immortal soldiers as personnel; rather the convention considers us pieces of equipment under current wording. So until amendments are made to it to consider us non-equipment and actual personnel we're lumped in the same category as technology and thus any 'technological advantage' of one empire must be made available to all other empires by either providing the technology outright or sharing the information that lead to its creation.

That was the emperess' father lead that invasion actually and original reports had it at 10,000 ships destroyed to 1 jovian mothership and 7 frigates.
