Would just like to chime in here on the topic with my 2 cents for what it's worth.
not a lot i'm sure but anywho,
Dust 514 as we all know is a mmo first person shooter game. games like this are always full of the omg you are butthurt, qq'ing
i'm leetbabies trollsauce, my lil brony, people we all know the sort. i for one am loving dust 514 it has the makings of a great game eventually, getting a bit stale at times running the same maps? well to be honest yes. but still loving the deep customization it has that ive come to learn and love just like i did in EVE online and still am, learn something new in that game every day,
and to be honest i never have been a fan of fps games, none! socom, call of duty, killzone, battlefield, yadda yadda yadda,
but in the case of dust i'm hooked, is it because it will eventually be totally connected to EVE online? = yes that's what really does it for me, when the game is no longer in beta and a fully finished product other than patches and the sort.... it is gonna be great!!
as far as i am concerned it allready is...... lest we all forget the game is still in beta phase... every time we log in we all see the notes "not a finished product" i am positive with given needed time CCP will make another great game with an awesome legacy just as they have done with EVE online, i applaud CCP every day for going ps3 only. wowwee if we think it's bad now just imagine if dust 514 was for junk doorstop 360. that automatically means xbox live included..... wich would invite a magnitude of trolls and the quit qq'ing, omg youre butt hurt people than we could ever imagine. i shudder to think!!!! it would triple guaranteed.
bottom line all i am really trying to say is there will always be "those" people who will spam the forums with nonsense to try to make you feel like you can't get a word in edgewise.... just ignore them that's what i do because trust me those are the "flavor of the month guys" most times who are just looking for something new to play in most cases anyway. not saying all... but in a year most of them will be onto something different.... me i am going no where, i have seen what CCP has done with EVE and i have 100% faith in them they will do the same here.... give them time  = end wall of text lol |
