Please change it so if you are revived with a nanite injector the kill on the score board is removed. If you are shot down the kill should go up but if you are revived that kill should be removed. It is frustrating to me and players who want a k/d to constantly receive death after death on there score board and score sheet from nanine injectors. Situations like this constantly play out I fight off a large crowd of people and eventually get dropped before i can even hit the revive button someone is picking me up with a nanite injector I am getting dropped the second after pick up. I have sniped people before whos team mates picked them up over and over again 1 death turns into 4 or 5. Thats why i think the kill should be removed if revived thank you.

If you mean the clone count that determines whether or not you win, then it doesn't go down unless you suicide to respawn.

Otherwise Rambo injecting is a valid griefing tactic.

No i am not talking about the clone count if you get shot down of course 1 death goes to your scoreboard but if your picked up by someone with an nanite injector that kill stays there. It makes no real since to me if your revived your no longer dead so the death should be removed. Just something I like more while playing battlefield 3 and it helps players not get dropped 3 times in a row by someone whod rather pick u up then kill the enemys constantly killing you

if you mean on the KD on the board.. forget it

kindly use some better grammar and punctuation, it hurts to read your post.

but on the note of the post... you wont get that death removed from your KD. Why? because you were shot to the point of being incapacitated. you might be saved from the loss of a clone, but that doesnt mean you actually didnt die

I still stand by it simply because of my opinion that having a death on the scoreboard after being revived annoys and makes no real since to me. I mainly go something like 30/4 but if someone keeps naniting me it can easily become something ridiculous like 30/7 or 30/10 why effects someones kd so drastically.

 punctuation is a must!

and your KDR... that's nothing but [useless] bragging points in most gamer's minds. mainly because it is far too easy to fake it, no matter what a GM team does.

give up the idea of KDR being imporntant, since that doesnt earn you Orbital strikes.... WP is the big deal, always will be

I'd still like to see the deaths be removed after a nanite pick up personal preference and always will be. 4 deaths in 20 seconds isnt for me and i disagree some more experienced players actually like to have a nice k/d so do i although it is not the most important thing to me.

How about instead of all that jazz, we add a new statistic: Clones Removed/Clones Lost

Basically it's a K/D that factors in revives on both sides of the equation. So your revives don't count as deaths, but so does the enemy's.

thats a bit dumb "you might be saved from the loss of a clone" meaning i didn't die? One clone should mean one death if you are nanited back to life you shouldn't have to suffer extra deaths.

some people set goals to improve on, KDR is a typical one, just because you do not see a point to it therefore saying NO no matter what reasoning is just as stupid as saying that it sould "just cuz" be open to others veiw, dont instantly discard them.

horrible idea. it just inflates the stats without giving any benefit to the actual gameplay.

So you try to accomplish a certain KDR, wanting to not account for every death? What does THIS KDR mean then? Others, that had a higher KDR before, will then still have a higher KDR ....again, because their deaths do not count either.

To illustrate this a bit, lets say everyone starts a match with a 10-0 record. So they guy that normally goes 0-10, then has a 10-10 = 1.0 KDR. Now tell me whats the point of this KDR of 1.0, its a meaningless stat, nothing else.

If even the biggest newb can post a 2.0 KDR, than only alot higher KDRs will be seen as good. In the end just he good players will have a good KDR, while the bad players have a low KDR. This will never change. In DUST 16 (just throwing out a number) might be a great KDR, in other shooters it was 3. So what?

So i can kill those stupid enemies that get revived over and over again? Those kills should not be accounted for?
Do i deserve a penalty aswell for stupid enemies to just rush into my gun over and over again, never adjusting their game.

Again it will not change anything to the game

You get a death because YOU screwed the pooch and got maimed. The logi was kind enough to revive you, so he gets points. I can honestly say that if reviving people removes the 'death' from their scoreboard, I will never revive again. Plenty of other things for my Logi-ness to carry, like explosives, without helping some douche pad his stats.

Saying that KDR is pointless is a complete egotistic way to look at things and an opinion not a fact so don't go blaring your horns like your are the masters of KDR and you command it. Revives should take the death away I think one death per suit is enough on a player.

"without helping some douche pad his stats" that's a completely outta line things to say are you not mature enough to use light language. Would you go blaring in real life about how people are douches for not agreeing with your opinion? But I guess because were on the internet this isn't real life and you can say whatever you want without respect.

learn to read. Thats not what i said.

What's the difference BETWEEN the regular KDR of today and your revive adjusted KDR?

All it does is inflating the stats, it will just go up, so a player with a 2.0 KDR will then have a 2.5 adjKDR. Its still the same player, nothing changed. Thats not just an opinion ...its a fact.

I do not see how this different way of calculating KDR as a messurment of skill or success will have any effect on the actual gameplay, how this will motivate player to do anything 'better' or just even differently.
