and xander, what your referring to is called a glass cannon build. I used it before the last wipe with my proto suits. 4x complex damage modifiers with the viziam melted just about anyone at almost any range. The trade off for that extra damage is that you have a lot less health because of how those slots could have been used for shield extenders.
Fair enough, the damage mods are actually broken right now, so when they fix that it will be funny to see how people feel about them, but until then people are going to abuse the f*ck out of them, and then brag about their victories whenever they please. So there really isn't much you can do about it weather you try through killing them despite their damage advantage, or by posting threads like this on the forums......
