Skill books plus damage mods plus shield extenders and rechargers can cause results like that.

I also wish it was true that I had something to blame his ability to kill me so fast on. Instead of my skill.

He is just one of the few players in this game that has some dead on aim and it is very frustrating on the receiving end.

I just pull out a death taxi and do the old hop and pop.

Best suggestion do as dark cloud does and hide from him every Time he is around.

You know that only 1 bullet from a sniper to your head will kill you instantly, don't you?
