So I pulled up my AR to shoot at a red at middle distance. Just as I pulled the trigger a guy spawns right in front of me, with his head at the end of my gun barrel. He died very quick. I felt sorry for him, must have wondered what the hell happened.
Anything similar happened to anyone else? |

I drove a starter fit LAV off of one of the buildings in skim junction for the lols.
Landed on a red I previously didn't notice. |

Ya when I'm defending an objective, well should say assaulting, with my tank, when the enemy spawns since the points are just like 2 spawn spots its usually insta death.
I've wondered if their screen even loads or they just get the respawn screen again. |

I have spawned in front of enemies, almost daily. |

I've been getting lucky these past few games, and have been spawning on my own, seemingly on another planet to everyone else.
I still check behind though. It's become a habit. |

I just got through killing a red in the opening minutes of an ambush ....... I take like two steps from where his corpse was when he suddenly respawns right in front of me . I actually felt bad for him in that moment . It was a brief feeling .. |

1. Called a lav and drove to the enemy MCC there was like 5 people grouped up ran them all over.
2. Had an HMG on the map with the table top and it was an ambush so the spawns were very messed up. I saw 2 people at the B area and sprayed and more people began to spawn and spawn and spawn. I killed like 6 people Im yelling at my squad "LOOK AT THE KILL FEED!!!!!" |

I run a MD so easy kills are not something I'm accustomed to however the other day on the 5 point map where b is in a big circular thing and A & C are like 20m from each other. i was just stopping reddots from using the stairs that head back around to C fire MD rounds blindly keeping them there while my squad flanked them.
Suddenly i fire a round and my screen lights up 3 times in a row +50 +50 +50
apparently the reddots were just standing their taking my splash damage waiting for me to run out of ammo and an errant flux nade landed on them. |

Once a group of reds were camping behind a wall to an objective, I randomly threw a bunch of grenades in when my squad leader gets an orbital, before he calls it down though my grenades blow up killing 6 guys.
I'm a walking orbital strike. |

In my first game of Dust, I die a few times, the 3rd time I respawn, almost immediately, a dropshot comes out of nowhere and crushes me. ****, I couldnt help laughing at that one. |

Kills not counted for me but...
1. I like do 'BOO!' to the sniper high enough... to jumpout and killing onself.
2. When I jumpout from MCC I meet group of WTF at my team landing few sec after. They happy wawing HMG, AR and pistol on me from another side of road... just to say freindly hello :)
They didnt notice that that im patient and quiet and my 'hello' LAV land on them.
3. 4 based map, near depot at side A is little clif (spawn is here).
I chase LAV from depot main road (between A-B) going to pipes .. LAV run .. turn around and back for me.
Meanwhile I got one red behind pipes (kiled him) and one blue runing from A to main street. Blue shoot desperatly everywere.
LAV is back choking my AV nades. Wreck push me hard to pipes, but sudenly dont kill me. What the luck.... and I'm going back to cliff near the depot.
Bule got crazy at me. Shooting me at back, jumping... last thing that he do was throwing grenade. Bad luck for him... nade bounce back from clif right to him. |

My two easiest kills came back to back.
- Me doing my usual sniper business.. woohoo! got a kill on Mr. Red
- Me doing my usual sniper business.. hear an incoming lav engine and see red dot on radar.. It's Mr. Red assault fit! sneaking sneaking sneaking in position for that humiliating melee kill.. gets into dreaded zone of slow controller sensitivity and tracking.. better start running around him in circles while he sprays.. out of ammo; i take out my breach sub and give him a slow beatdown.
- That was exhausting, gotta refit my character
- Me doing my usual sniper business.. i really should change my position, somewhere where i wont get run over and have a really good sniping sight at the guy afk'ing in my MCC. Open road sounds good.. starts hearing the distant vrooom from behind.. poor guy runs into my proximity explosives.

I have told this story before, but this seems to be a more appropriate thread for it.
I was running up some stairs with my sniper riffle. A red walk out on the landing at the top of the stars. I skid to a stop only a couple of feet from him, but he is trying to line up a shot on someone on another building and he does not see me. I must have been just below his field of view when he ran out, and was just behind it when he stopped at the rail.
This was shortly after I started playing dust, and I was a horrible shot. I took a good 10 seconds to line up a perfect head shot. This was probably my 3rd or 4th kill in Dust, and I figured if I did not drop him in one shot he would turn around an kill me before I could line up another shot.
Short Version: I took 10 seconds to line up a perfect head shot with a Sniper Riffle from about 3 feet away. CanGÇÖt get much easier than that.
Funny Spawning Story: I spawned, with my sniper riffle, in front of a sniper. We proceeded to jump around trying to line up sniper shots at each other from melee range. |

I have been killed on respawn before my screen even finishes loading. And I have returned the favor a few times when in the right place at the wrong time for the dude spawning in. Jagged Peak is the worst. |

Instead of walking forward after spawning, which is native instinct to many, try reversing or quickly making a sweep of the area. |

i waited for a djinn guy to spawn on an uplink, he had his heavy on and i had my pistol ready i shot him 3 times in the head and he dropped i then destroyed the uplink and went on my marry way. |
