Spec Ops Gaming
We we're founded by Active Duty Soldiers and Veterans a couple years ago, since then we have grown and become not just a Clan or Corporation as we call it here but a Community and that's what we strive for, we play many different games as a Community and are top tiered in most. We look for respectful mature adults who are looking for that same thing, not just a Clan to game with but a Community with friends and family as we call ourselves. We are currently looking for any mature persons with a mic willing to play with a team and be a part of something larger than one' self could achieve by his or her self. We play tactically and proficiently. We expect active members but understand that some times real life issues must be addressed so we do not come between real life, work and family time.
Here are a few simple rules that all of our members must follow.
Rules of Engagement
- TOP MOST: Your actions reflect on the Corporation and it's Leaders, so ensure you think before you speak and act, bad reflection on the Corporation can result in your dismissal, good reflection can result in your promotion.
- MUST be mature if you want to stay in this Corporation.
If after two weeks you are not active you will then be removed from the Corporation if proper notice has not been given to a Corporation Officer.
- Corporation CEO - Epto Sigh, Director - Walkingchubby, Assistant Director - Drunken Legend, Recruitment Officer - MR PWNY
- MUST have a headset (Exceptions Can Be Made)
- MUST respect all High ranking for they are the backbone of our Community
- MUST use in game user name on any external accounts
- Be courteous to ALL members
- No cheating allowed, if caught you will be banned from the Corporation
- No taking advantage of glitches
- There will be a mandatory practice for the Corporation before any Corp Battles.
- Be willing to play any type of match
- Anyone can recruit, however final decision goes to Corporation Officer
- Recruiting: Recruits that want to join the Corp: MUST have mic and be mature, Members Family members have an automatic position in the Clan provided there is space and they follow all rules.
- If at any time you decide to leave the Corporation please message any of the Corp Officers .
- ANY rules that are broken can result in demotion or possibly getting banned from the Corp |

Our Code of Ethics
Spec Ops (S||O) is defined by its Code of Ethics. This is who we are. We hold our leaders and our members to the highest standards of anyone in the Console gaming arena. If you cannot commit to these standards, you should not apply to S||O.
S||O Code Of Ethics
Section 1: NO CHEATING
No S||O Member will use, store, or test cheats*. No Member will associate with cheaters while representing S||O.

* Cheat: any alteration of the official game code and associated files or any use of a program that is meant to alter the behavior of the game in a way that either gives an advantage to players using it or gives a disadvantage to players not using it. example: wall-hacks, speed cheats ** Glitch: use of any game behavior that is either undocumented or unintended by the manufacturer in order to increase one's personal performance or decrease the performance of others. Example: glitches in walls.
Section 2: Alliances
S||O does not form alliances which will compromise its independent identity.
Section 3: Chain of Command
S||O uses a Chain of Command (COC) in the organization of teams, relay of orders, and flow of information to achieve success on the battlefield.
All orders from your COC must be followed at all times except when those orders contradict the Code of Ethics or other policy.
Members must raise any issues or complaints through their COC. Members cannot jump over their COC. In the event that the issue or complaint is regarding a memberGÇÖs direct COC, the member should submit the issue in written form and request it be forwarded up the COC. The memberGÇÖs COC must forward the written issue or complaint to the next level of the COC.
Section 4: Participation

All activities will be held in the Game Lobby assigned by the Commander on at said time. All members will attend the mandatory events unless previously excused.
Section 5: Dedication and Real Life
S||O accepts all real life needs and commitments. S||O will not put any member into a decision between real life success and S||O.
If a member decides to leave S||O for any reason, the decision will be upheld.
Section 6: Promotions, Awards, and Positions
Promotions and awards will be handed out based on the following sorted principles: a) Dedication b) Attendance c) Conduct d) Teamwork e) Performance

Section 7: Conduct

S||O members will respect non-S||O personnel in the same way as S||O members.
S||O members will show dignity, honor and integrity outside of S||O. Any insult towards the member, its unit, another S||O member or S||O as a whole are to be ignored and left uncommented.
Members will respect and uphold their COC leadership as well as the COC leadership will respect and uphold their members.
Any and all language or content of an adult or offensive nature will not be tolerated, whether on voice or text communications (chat, forums, email etc.).
No S||O member will issue religious or political statements or respond to one of them.
No S||O member will question S||O policies and regulations in public. They will instead use the COC to issue their thoughts.
Good sportsmanship is mandatory at all times and in all situations.
Members are representatives of S||O and are perceived as such by other persons and organizations. A member's public conduct, good or bad, will be reflected on the organization as a whole.
Section 8: Loyalty
As a S||O member, you are not allowed to, play as a member of another gaming organization, or play a game that S||O offers. We expect that you will play that game with S||O and support our team!
As a S||O member, do not share our strategies or tactics. Our field leaders work hard to develop them for their teams.
We encourage members to wear their S||O tags with pride outside the games S||O plays, but this is not a requirement. Wearing tags or not, remember that you represent S||O at all times. We understand loyalty is earned, and S||O will work hard to earn yours, but we will not hesistate to remove members that violate these rules. |

S||O is still looking to expand our ranks, If you are new to Dust or even a Eve veteran then you might find that we could be a good fit for you. Most of our officers have military background and are great leaders, not only in real life but in great gaming communities as well. We are looking for smart players who can play objectively and not just go out on their own. We play as a team, we win as a team or fail as individuals.
You can mail me in game Epto Sigh or just search us under Corporation at Spec Ops Gaming. |
