So when in the fitting screen you can see how your skills effect your fitting, your CPU level, PG, stamina, ect ext. You can also see your damage modifier.
I have weapons lvl 5 which is 2% each level so that equals 10%
When looking at my fitting it says light weapon damage modification 1.00. Shouldn't the light weapon damage modification be 1.10? Now when I have a damage mod added to the suit it does change to 1.03 so the mods do show, just not the skills.
When I lok at my actual weapon there is no difference in looking at my fitted weapon vs one in the market place
Now my question is am I the only one experiencing this? Or is this a known issue in dust? |

Devs working on showing all your skills mod at fitting screen.
Now you have what you see. (only HP, regens and mod in CPU/PG, rest is normal stats from items) |

Does that mean when looking at a Blue Target that my 110% is only showing my damage modifier or my Weapons lvl 5?
And do both actually work in the fight?
The reason I ask is the Stamina of 195 for a Scout Suit indicates a 19.5 sec Sprint speed. However using a Vigor lvl increase and a higher than Militia Green Dope bottle the total Sprint Time does not seem to be delivering the same ratio in Sprint Time versus Boosted Stamina total.
This makes me strongly suspect CCP is categorically not applying the mods in Battle. Which is either a bug of classic proportions or it could be just a flat rip-off.
We have no way to test, that I am aware of, for weapon damage but just a stop watch says the Stamina boost is not delivered.
If the equation for Stamina boost is different an explanation would make the decision to waste SP on something that does not work as advertised would be easier to make. |

I wont lie, you lost me on a lot of what you stated.
My understanding is when you have someone in your sights it shows how effective your weapon will be. So, taking all damage mods out of the picture, If you are standing too far away from someone with a shotgun, it will show 0%, Ideal distance 100%, point blank, somewhere above 100%.
I have used stamina boosters and felt the change, along with hacking mods so I think it might just be the damage skill that is not applying. |
