So is this going to be the actual game with lots of updates tacked on to it or will if be released later on Playstation Home?
If the latter is going to be true, will our character builds, aurum, and whatever we have carry over? I want to spend some PSN money on the merc pack but it would be pointless to get it if I won't have it in the final version of the game. Spending money in a beta does not sound very reassuring. |

Why would it be on Playstation Home? This is the game, you already have it downloaded, it will be updated continously later on. |

Think of this game like a traditional mmo.
New "Expansions" will be deployed regularly (at least 1 every 6 months at most) and are free and mandatory to download. You will not be red roped off because you didnt buy something at least.
There will be no more resets, even after we leave beta.
Next expansion is due out by my estimates end of the month. |

Well, that's what they said originally right before the beta came out.
Well, since that takes care of all that I posted....one last question.
How on earth do you gain more SP without the boosters factored in? The most I can get is about a little more than 5k skill points in a typical skirmish match. I definitely know I'm doing my part in a match because I usually rank 1-4th at the end. Is this a normal amount of skill points accrued? |

You'll be able to push it a bit above that, but yep, that's about it.
My advice though is to worry a bit less about short term SP gains and settle in for the long haul. If you treat this game as something you'll keep coming back to over and over again for years to come, then you'll be a lot less worried about the SP you are making today or this week.
Focus your attention on finding a good corp with people you enjoy playing with, and exploring the options provided by the game to find your niche.
Treat the matches you play today as just practice for the real battles to come, when there is real territory at stake. |
