Are 0. For me anyway, been playing everyday since last reset but I haven't had any yet! 2.4m Sp and 0 officer weps. They are still in the game... |

They're officer weapons, they're supposed to be extremely rare and expensive.
You know how many "officer" spawns I've seen in 7 years in EVE? One.... ONE!
The drop rates, I'm sure, got changed at the last wipe to keep officer gear rare. The dropped way to often before open beta. |

I've gotten 5 each of Balac's and Krin's ARs so far since reset. I don't play everyday and rarely hit my SP cap so it's not like I'm a no-lifer. Just sacrifice someone to the god of the random number generator and it'll improve. |

Ive played daily up to my cap except now with the weekly, just playing same time and got 30 Kirins and 10 balacs since ive started playing :) |

I have been lucky for the last couple of days. Until yesterday I received nothing then I received 5 wolfman's pistols and 5 or 10 gastuns HMGs. Today I received some more gastuns HMGs. I think I have 20 HMGs now.
But it appears to be completely random. |

I play a fair bit and I've got like 30 calas smgs a few thales and a forge or two...
my main drops are Eryx and Prometheus of which i have like 50 and 25
I finish in the top three a lot and seem to get more when I am up there rather than the games in which I'm outside the top three. |

From what I've seen, all salvage drops more the worse you do. I think if you score in the middle of your team (something like places 5-10) you get more salvage. Or at least that's how it is for me...I rarely get salvage when I place first, get more when I'm not top three. Go figure.
Officer salvage, I have Baloc's ARs and the Forge Guns. Had Krin's AR and the Sniper Rifle last build. It is rare, and seems to follow the general "do worse you get more" pattern I've seen, but are a lot more rare... |

Salvage drops of any kind are completely random and are distributed just as randomly. I'm fairly sure this has even been confirmed by a dev a while back but I couldn't possibly give the source.
I've gotten tanks, dropships and weapons for just deploying onto the victory/defeat screens and regularly get just as good stuff when I come top, middle or bottom on either the winning or losing teams. |

Since open beta i have gotten 10 balacs and krins AR's umm that gastuns minigun or gustuns idk how its spelt, 2 sagaris's and 3 suryas' 50 proto submachine gun and shotguns each but those are the only noteable stuff so far, CCP i would prefer Balacs over the tanks please |

It was said to be random by dev, this doesn't mean all things have equal chance.
Roll two dice and you will total 7 much more then 2 and 12 combined. The "dice" for salvage are probably weighted, so some things have better odds while still being random. |
