With regard to infantry movement advantage i have rigorousy tested move navi, DS3 and kb, there is no movement advantage between with exception to perhaps scout suits, but with assault, logi and heavy i have not noticed any movement advantage.
By advantage i mean strafing and not actually movement of the character, in this case the controller wins since it has 360 control vs 8 directions from a KB. |

Don't forget to mention the limit on the amount of keys pressed at a time, or that trying to move in any direction but forward, back or left while chucking a grenade is nearly impossible, actually scratch that you can probably move to the right if you dislocate something.
Oh yea i forgot to mention that, ghosting or anti-ghosting whicever it is, yea pressing more than 2 keys at once is not possible so yea we cant sprint and toss a nade for instance, hows that for a disadvantange.
Fact is the more keyboard command you need to use the more screwed you are. yes in general areas like aiming and moving it may be better but there are many downsides to it as well. |

Yea and the tank crashes into objects as a result, im not saying you're wrong on kb having an advantage but i know that turning is not one of those advantages.
To say its an exploit is nonsense. As ive said keyboards in this game have little to no advantage over controllers and there are many respects to controller movement and inputing more than 2 button commands at once that give controllers a leg up. Both have advantages and disadvantages in this game
With regards to KB on tanks yes there is an advantage that controllers dont have and it can either be disabled for vehicles which may be the only solution or more readily simply changing the algorithm to mimick the acceleration curve that occurs with analog controller input.
Also they perhaps need to create a governor type of function on tanks so that they have a max velocity threshold and they need to tweak that to adjust for keyboards is all.
