I don't know if this happen to many other people but I noticed in several games today that the fps/lag was really bad most games were even unplayable. Also just a side note this wasn't just my other corpmates had the problem . |

Couple of suggestions.
If you have been logged in for awhile then restart the client. It is a Beta so assuming a memory leak is not a bad idea.
If you get into a bad firefight, multiple vehicles and rounds every where you look, lag will result. However, not the slide show type where you get an image every second or so.
Getting disconnected and some of the lag can be addressed by making sure your ports are open (see discussion on first page of this Forum).
If someone in the squad had significant lag problem they must restart the client. In my experience it seems to just make it worse the longer they stay running and it makes it worse for the rest of a squad. That could be wishful thinking on my part.
Don't forget to either have them Leave Squad or boot the restarting gamer out of the squad first then re-invite when they are back. Not doing that might cause weirdness with the squad being partially functional.
My last caution is make sure everyone agrees not to be in any menus, fitting suits, shopping in the market or checking mail when the Squad Leader starts the Battle Finder. I used to do that and since I quit my lag issues have dropped significantly. Again this might be wishful thinking. |

Bumping this up in case the OP is having the same issue my friends and I tend to get every couple hours. We reboot and all is well, so it's likely a memory leak. We're located in Ontario, Canada. Not that it should matter.
I've caught it on video

If you're wondering why the game looks smoother (super chop aside) than your PS3, it's because the software records at a constant rate. While the PS3 has to wait for those frames to be generated, the encoder doesn't give a **** and will put them together when it gets them.
This is much MUCH worse when viewed in realtime. |

Exactly. Rebooting fixes it -> memory leak. I had situations that felt like 5 FPS and after reloading the game it was back to normal. Asking what region we're playing from is not really the right question now is it (it's not us, it's you). |

I have been playing since open beta started in (WV) and it has been laggy/fps issues every time. I have not played one game that didn't have fps/lag issues. |
