I tried to buy 155 "NEO" LOGISTICS TYPE-A dropsuits and a blank screen came up... Long story short, I didn't get the suits, and I also lost all but 50 AURUM. I started out with 14,000 and I'm very angry right now. This game for me is one if the few I'd be willing to drop cash on... But to lose it for nothing? It leaves a bad taste in my mouth, bad enough for me to quit. Please, can someone help me get my stuff, or my AURUM? This sucks. |

Have you tried submitting a support ticket here?
While the GMs do look at the forums there is relatively little the average forum goer like myself can do to help. |

I feel bad you bought such a thing, maybe ccp will be nice and refund your aur instead of give you the suits |

Actually that is a bug I would suspect.
155 Neo Assault Type 1 at 70 AUR each is 10,850 AUR.
They took 13950 AUR (from your original 14000 leaving 50).
Either the Market and your client had a network communication of some type during the transaction or there is a failure during the calculation of over some number of those suits. Which is weird because I know others that buy more than that of ISK items so why would an AUR item be a problem.
You have two things you should do:
1. as previously replied above you must file a support ticket to retrieve you suits and the extra AUR they got by mistake.
2. You should change the title of your post to have [Bug] in the beginning of the title, because you did indeed find one.
Please, be polite on the support ticket. Being factual and to the point will get you a better response from customer support in any company. Don't forget to log the time and the region where this happened (NA/EU, etc.).

CCP is the kind of company that fixes their mistakes. It should be all to easy for them to look at your account, see what you had, and have and fix the issue. Like everyone else said. Just submit a ticket.
Main two cents I wanted to throw in is the fact if you let them CCP will help. Dont let a glitch ruin your opinion of the game. |

Relog I found when I logged back in I found my suits. Nice to know my theory of people freaking out over this bug was correct :-P |

I'm a developer working on the AUR market backend and took a look at your case. My logs show you getting the items you purchased delivered to your character's inventory, but I'm wondering if there might be some sneaky bug in the system somewhere. Can you try logging out and back in and tell me if you then see the items in your inventory?

Developer personally familiar with the code responds directly to customer's forum rant within 8 hours, prolly without a support ticket being filed at all.
You can't do any better than that.
