Only so they come back to them for a giggle later probably, Everyone thinks the stuff that kills them is OP but do they say " Well I been playing a sniper and I feel I'm taking people out with ease"? no course not. What they say normally is "Omg Tanks are OP cause my pistol can't kill them!"
If CCP turned around to these people and said "here have this awesome one shot kill gun" How many of them will say "no thanks it's OP" |

A forge gun should be a one hit kill, long charge up time in relevance to the guy shooting a assault rifle etc at you. A sniper is a sniper if they didn't one shot or do alot of damage why bother having sniper rifles? |

it states right in the weapons bio that the single greatest draw back to it is its charge time |
