Well i am just requesting that the Corp Voice can be activated without the UVT because I would like to be able to talk to my members and telling them things, but if i bought the UVT and they didnt then I cant. So maybe you can make it a open thing you can do or maybe put it where the CEO or a leader in the Corp can buy a UTV just for the Corperation. |

this UVT is stupid. must eather be FREE, or a ONE TIME PAYMENT. i shouldn't have to pay money every month just so i can voice chat on private channles. |

Yes because the infrastructure to handle 1,000,000 voices in voice channels is cheap. |

I could swear CCP said something about allowing Corp chat without UVT in future builds.

CCP has hinted about cororation wide UVT that a corporation can buy, but at no time they have hinted that we could use corp vide voice chat without UVT ie. free, this is simply because of CCP buys the VOIP services from 3rd patry and money generated from UVT sales are used to offset this recuring cost. |

What about a universal voice receiver (UVR)as an isk item so you can hear but not speak, this may also improve UVT take up as if you can hear your corp mate you are more likely to want to talk back (does depend on your corp you may end up wanting to run for the hills) |

maybe release an EVE-side blueprint for this as well? cause it can't be cheap if one with a mic costs aurum. |
