I am experiencing a massive market delay
It seems to work fine for 5 minutes, then nothing for 1 minute
after the one minute of nothing it then works fine for 5 or so minutes
i have tried port forwarding, all ports, selected ports, no ports, this makes no difference at all
I experienced the exact same issue months ago and stop playing because of it.
However now it is better, but it still exists |

Also, if you are in a squad and the squad leader pulls you into battle, you will be dropped IF you are in market and you will get a freeze if you are attempting to purchase any items from the market when said deployment is occurring. This caused a hard system crash for me last night , and , at least I think it did, caused a number of system freezes afterwards.
There have been a few more micro-freezes while accessing both the market and also dropsuit fittings (i.e., specifically when you attempt to restock a fitting and Then your squad leader pulls you into a match). |

i dont need the squad leader to pull me into a match or do anything, it just happenes randomly. it happens for me sometime when restocking. but once this freeze is over however, any restock i make after works quickly. that is until the next freeze 5 or so minutes later |

Was about to start new topic but will get in on this one.....
My client connects fine , I can enter and play matches fine but the market is crazy slow, sometimes 3-4 minutes to restock a suit or even bring up a section of the market.
There used to be a post with the battle servers IP addresses so I could test connectivity but I suspect the market function runs elsewhere... perhaps even inside the Playstation Network not CCP, anybody got a clue ?
I have looked at all the port forwarding info and that all just seems to be something to point people who complain about speed issues so that they get confused and give up ... bit like any helpdesk saying "have you tried turning it on and off again or re-installing"
I have put my PS3 into the DMZ on my router tested .... made a connection to the Internet using the PS3 ( PPPoE ) and tested , and even tested over two different internet providers but still slow market.
Any help from anybody who has knowledge surrounding where the Market sits would be much appreciated. |

sounds like my problem everything works fine except market sometimes
nothing can fix it
no idea what causes it
no info or acknoledgment about the bug
any help would be appreciative, and dont say "port-forwarding" already done that, and besides the actual in-game FPS part of the game ALWAYS WORKS with no slowness or pauses at all ever |

I agree we just need something to Ping or Connect to or test against that involves the market so that I can troubleshoot what it causing the Issues.
I think its something else on the network at the moment ... no idea what ... but for example skype , torrent client , DLNA ... or some other service but its just guess work until we have something to test against.
I have also seen the same effect when fitting a module to a suit sometimes that takes ages. |

Have the exact same issue as Insane Nutter.
I have to wait 3-5minutes to RESTOCK, or get the items to show in the MARKET once selected (ie click on Weapons -> Assault Rifles... wait 3-5mins with loading circle onscreen for rifles to actually show up)
Now this isnt just sometimes... this is all the time. Its painful.
I play the game fine, no lag in-game, Game runs well except the waiting for the Market and Restocks.
Its making for a painful experience...
I have no router problems, never had a problem with this router or ISP in any game... and as stated the ingame runs perfectly well, I just cant understand why the restocks and market are different.
FYI (if important)
I was in the closed beta, but hadnt updated for ages. Then when it went open beta I patched it,,, It basically downloaded the entire game except 50mb (only 50mb difference between my patch and my friends full download) |

I posted on GameFaqs saying if anyone had the same problem like the one posted here. No one said they had issues. I like this game but the market is really killing me since its taking A LOT of time loading the other sections of the market save the store front. My internet connection is good but there is definitely something wrong with the market. |
