I know nobody wants COD players here, but it is going to happen. I enjoyed COD at one point, as I am sure alot of us have. Dust 514 lays the pimp hand strong down on any cod title in my opinion, but I feel there is some stuff that cod players need to know when they come over, if they do. I did not elaborate on all aspects, so if you want , feel free to add your opinion, or just tell them hey, we dont want you :) J/K...enjoy.

And if any good tank drivers would like to do a dual commentary and be in a video, that is willing to go into detail of what it takes to be a sucessful tank operator, please tell me...thanks |

I get what you're trying to say, but I don't like this "CoD players are less than us" attitude that is fairly prevalent around these forums. Yes, there are a lot of children and assholes who play CoD, but you're going to find people like that everywhere, including Dust. I've played pretty much all of the CoDs (and still playing BLOPS 2), but I also very much like Dust. I'm assuming you sort of meant that tongue in cheek, but just as a note to the entire community, can we please stop belittling people who play other games? It makes us look bad, especially when they genuinely want to get into and contribute to Dust and the community (a.k.a. someone like me). |

Don't worry, I get that you're trying to help people who are new to the game. I watched the video and I found nothing wrong with it. I was commenting more on things in your post that seemed to single out people who play CoD, and implied that they are somehow inferior to us Dust players and aren't wanted here. I was also commenting on the general hate that a lot of people here give to other games/people who play them.
Anyway, I know you didn't mean it that way, but I still felt it was important to mention. Sorry for sort of hijacking the thread. |
