I must show my respects to Impefects, PFBH and Hellstorm INC simply because they tear us a new one every time without having to use HAVs, now I have noticed that STB always calls for tanks at the start of an ambush and just simply dominates everything, don't get me wrong I'm not saying tanks aren't part of the game, but geez let us newberries have some fun..me & my cousins always have fun when imps, PFBH and Hellstorm inc are on the other side cuz it's a feeling of excitement and fear lol but I enjoy it...with that said its always a blast to lose to u guys except STB

I have participated in and led this tank squad of slaughter. I suggest you adapt your squad or team chat to dumb blue berries and form a defence to this tactic. It not only is possible to destroy a tank but deter them from using any more especially after destroying a few of them in a row. It gets costly to dominate smart teams. There have been several squads that I've led not using tanks and equally smashing the opposition. Try adjusting your tactics before crying and trashing STB. Congrats to PFBHzz, Imps and Hellstorm for overcoming a single tank. I use an AR and I'll watch for your name on the roster. Perhaps you will be satisfied equally when you run into me.

Your squad can team up to kill a gunnlogi or madruger if you work together. Generally, there are two types of tankers; the cocky and the cautious. The cocky ones tear up infantry with their crazy exploits but this often puts them in vulnerable positions. Team work kills them. Cautious ones hang back and avoid dangerous situations that might endanger their tank. Hard to kill, but they are also not much of a factor on the battlefield. Consider making a cheap militia railgun tank to snipe enemy tanks with. You might not be able to kill a good tank, but you can distract it or force it to find cover. Maybe. Good Luck.

Cheap Anti-Vehicle is pretty easy to come by but will require some coordination against a good tanker. The A/V grenades Sontie mentioned are a solid option. May I also suggest a militia forge gun fit for all of your members. It is reasonably cheap and effective if used in groups. Good luck with your corporation.

That may have been recently, not when I am running the squad, not a snowballs chance in eve.

But yeah tanks against you = AV grenades and forges with you Shoot a tank right in the butt of the chassis with a forge, the forge shot does a tremendously greater amount of damage, just letting you know :)

Its so easy to put something in between you and the tank like a cargo container or a wall so the tank cant get you. There have been a few times where i was chased around by a tank for a few minutes and basically had to hide. But most of the time i just walk away.
