Just to clarify for you fresh faces out there, here are the most common terms people use to refer to teammates. This will allow you to know what people are talking about when you hear them say odd things like...
1) Blue Dot- Non obtrusive teammate
Used in a sentence- Hey look, those blue dots are actually holding bravo!
2) Blueberry- Worthless teammate who can't figure out which end of the gun spits out the bullets. Pretty much 90% of the newblood coming in right now fall under this category.
Used in a sentence- I'm 20/0 right now and we're loosing?! WTF are these [silly] blueberries doing!?
3) Fat Dot- A heavy on your team who is being useful.
Used in a sentence- Follow that fat dot over there around the pillar, we'll flank the other side.
4) Half Dot- A blueberry on your team who is more [not the brightest] than most.
Used in a sentence- Look at that half dot shooting at our own MCC.... good god... I'm calling in a LAV right quick to TK him, you guys go on ahead.
As for the variants using the word "red", such as redberry, this is referring to the same thing, but on the other team.

I just made that up.
Poop joke. It's appropriate. Although I like to use the word Dingleberry (as a general negative) since it can be used on blue or red. It has two definitions and BOTH actually apply when talking about certain other players. It's harsh and technically not foul mouthed, just disgusting. I personally prefer "doucheberry" for jerks in a match (TKers, campers, pubstomping Thale shooting protobear snipers, etc.), but it's not widely used yet... |

Don't hate the player hate the game Not debating the tactics, just discussing my term for them. |

Indeed. Having a name to call them makes raging about them over my headset much less lengthy. |

RAS Actual wrote:Free Ice Cream - An alert to squadmates about turning a corner and finding virtually the entire other team. The idea being that SOMETHING must have drawn them all there.
As in: "Holy $#!+ guys! FREE ICE CREAM AT B!"
It made a lot more sense before the spawn "fix" that resulted in the massive blob spawns all in the same place. It sounds a bit odd, but I like it because of it's utility. It's quicker than saying ""Holy $#!% guys, I just ran into the whole #^@*!+% team at B!"
I'm gonna shorten it to just 'ice cream at "x"' and see how it works for me. I like ice cream. |

"Dude, stand still.. I'm trying to D you in the head."
Lately, it's been shorted down to "D me"
Sounds very homosexual Sounds like you're projecting Let's please not pursue that line of thought further. It might be funny, but I don't think this thread's topic encompasses it and I'd hate to get the thread locked over it. |

Oh, another one that's popular among the Ex-MAG and Battlefield players, FRAGO. Basically the same as the D order you speak of |
