Not true, a duvolle is good for 1 thing. When stacked with damage mods you can know how beastly you'll be with officer weapons and it reminds you why you need to spend the very next amount of SP you earn after getting the duvolle on proficiency and then wonder again why duvolles exist and be like gek or officer everything else is just dumb. |

Come to find out, kid was stacking damage mods for the mega bonus it gives, nearly 100 damage a shot  so OP.
Damn glass cannon builds if they only had a weakness. |
