This is my point. What is "obscene", "vulgar", "hurtful"? CCP cannot define it explicitly but I have the feeling they "know it when they see it."
Unfortunately the definition of obscene and vulgar varies drastically from person to person. (My filter is obviously set very, very high.)

Seems there is no real answer. It would all come done to the decision and opinion of a MOD at CCP. |
