Meh who thought up this cap. just cap sp in total not at rate of gain. So this means I have 0 chance of ever trying to get ahead or have a chance at competing with the hardcore players. If i have to leave town for work for a week thats what a 100k+ of points i can never make up and just fall farther behind. As it is I still have my newb gun and armor. I unload my full clip just to watch your shield block it all then you turn with a minigun and kill me in less than a second. What is so hard about capping it a reasonable level where you can only get x% of all the skills and let players play at their own pace. Instead it is like they are saying you may only play for a few hours a week then if you play you will not gain anything but cash. I just want to level up to be able to play with my friends that started ahead of me and have better gear. Instead I am capped to never be better than those that started after me. |

yes but this is about the same as allowing only 1 level up in a day, if you dont play we give you 25% of a level. So when i do get to play I hit my level then why bother playing anymore. meanwhile others that play everyday will gain so many more levels. Then when i get back on I am practically useless compared to them. If they made matches that grouped people by sp this might not be as bad. It just makes more sense to have a level cap not a daily exp cap. At this rate a lot of my skill ups will take months for one skill. In the meantime nothing is happening in the game. Then when I do have time to play I am penalized if I try to make up lost time. It is bad enough how little you get a battle at 7k and I see skill taking 100's of thousand to millions of points. The character progression is painfully slow. |

still if the hardcore players can only get say 5000000 Sp total then there is a chance to catch them. Where as the current form allows for them to endlessly advance past the casual as they will hit max each week and the casual will fall behind and be blocked from catching up. They should just give out the max weekly or have a set max to create a fair playing field. The weekly cap is just a very flawed plan. |

On another note the max sp weekly is the same as CCP saying we hate new players. Only those that were their from the beginning matter to us and will always be at the top and the new player will always be inferior to those that came before them. |
