Blue dots will be blue dots. There's nothing we can do about it. But I'm sure everyone is tired over false alarms and panic attacks due to a blue dot shooting you in the back....or even the face. I understand the detection when you take damage from an enemy but it shouldn't be exactly identical to when a teammate shoots you as well. And now they're doing on purpose to scare other players from hacking. Though, I would rather no feedback other than vibration when a teammate shoots me. It would be even more effective if the color of the arrow showing the direction of the incoming fire was changed. Seeing as blue is friendly and orange/red is enemy. Then, friendly fire should be shown as blue. |

I just keep hacking even if it is enemy bullets... those extra few seconds can get you the objective |

This has been mentioned in various threads and I couldn't agree more.
Lets hope CCP can eventually get around to making that hit detection arrow blu, even with friendly fire implemented. |

Yeah, I figured. I just hope we're getting CCP's attention. I don't mind (accidental) FF or FF detection. I just think it should differ from enemy fire. |

Me too. Maybe as an indicator, when a friendly fires his weapon (regardless of whether he shots at you or not), his blue dot in the mini-map and his tag will flash. |

They severely need to color code all battlefield elements. There need to be different color groupings for turrets, infantry, vehicles, etc. A few dozen slightly different shaped blue dots is a mess to look at on the radar. Perhaps for enemy elements you could make the secondary (backround) color of the respective symbols a consistent color that no other groups share.....I don't know, the color red comes to mind |

I also wouldn't mind having a separate color for radar icons that are occupied vs unoccupied.
And, not to totally nit pick here, but the announcer voice has the same exact lines for when your team hacks and captures a NULL cannon as when your enemy does. |
