So I listen a while, just to them talking about some stuff. All of a sudden, people are raging and stuff. I ask, "What happened?" "A godamn LAZOR got me!" " What? A Lazor?" "Yeah, damn pay to win guys, using AURUM to f**ing win!" Icy: Hey, I'll tell you how to get a LAZ-" "Naw, I ain't paying no money on this game for AUR until this P2W stuff is gone..." (Icy Tig3r left the battle*)

I had a similar conversation on team speak, however after a while I discovered he bought items with isk and couldn't use them so he was extremely mad and assume he had to buy the aurum ones to unlock them. I explained the skill points system to him and he was extremely excited he said he has been playing for almost two weeks and hasn't spent any of them...lol At least I set one right

Popped up there a few times to let them know I was there, respawned, and by then my team mates were already spawning in there. The reds kept coming over and I kept playing peak-a-boo with my rifle. Honestly, it was sad that they stayed up there instead of rushing me. They had the numbers. I think I ended the game 21/6. Granted, its far from the best KDR ever, but it was the best of the match and given the way I got it I didn't feel too proud of myself...

Man at this rate the spike in #s we see will plummet, because i know i only give time to my corp members, friends, and recruits, and your only a recruit if your shown to be competent. I almost never use teamchat to set people straight since im generally in squad chat, i rarely solo. This is what most people probably do at this point.

There really needs to be an unskippable video the very first time someone logs in on an account that gives a very brief overview of what makes Dust different from other shooters. Then once they're aware of the basics the detailed tutorials that pop up will be a lot more enticing.
