Whining crybabies who CHARGE THE HMGHEAVY come on here and beg CCP to nerf the heavy, hmg, or both, because they can't be bothered to learn how to properly play with a squad or fit their suit. Same thing as when they broke tanks because noone could figure out how to AV right.

I consider whining and constructive criticism two different things. If someone makes a thread showing their concern about a mechanic in the game and provides suggestions for how it could be better, I see that as constructive criticism. If someone comes on the forums and makes a thread that can be summarized by "whaa, a heavy killed me, nerf them" then yeah that's whining IMO. This thread for example, whining.
