I'm trying to find fellow pilots who would like taking turns in the following way:
First game I shoot you fly
Second game I fly you shoot
Seems simple, but if your a pilot that wants points you need a squad that gets you assists.

Um well we don't exactly work like that but at Condor Squad it's a pilot only-labor union |

Sounds cool how many dropships do you fly at the same time in one game?

I don't exactly have a setup for dropships yet, but I would like being part of a crew. I have the levels and experience to be pretty good on hybrid turret, and I could be a decent medic for people jumping out. |

Well my people are scattered across numerous timezones so it's hard to get everyone together at once to do the things we want to. We normally go one DS at a time, loaded with gunners and an auxiliary logi to hasten repping should we get hit with severe AV.
We also fight as ground troops together should we feel obliged. The Union is growing everyday, people I've never seen online before are joining up with us, and I got some mail from a CEO to discuss possible employment/interaction with this Union. |

what kind of dropship do you have?
i have a grimsnes
2 scattered blasters
1,4xx shield
2,5xx armor
with both armor AND shield boosters.
even random blueberries go 20-0 in my dropship. |

I went 25/0 and thank you. Glad to see a die hard pilot allready in my contcts that I`m known since E3 beta
as for the event, I`m trying to trian BHD newer members and practice constitently with my gunners so maybe next week. |

I am in a Corp that likes HAVs but I am always open to being a Gunner. Anywhere, anytime to a squad with mics.
No missile turrets until CCP/HK fixes them though.  |

First, I have replied and will respond in game as a Gunner when ever possible.
On a slightly different track If you are the Squad Leader can you set the Defend Order on your DS?
That would give your Gunners bonuses. Give you commissions.
And, if the UI wasn't so horrible, you could even select a Letter to attack.
Have you tried/done any Squad Leader tricks as a DS pilot?
Just wondering.
