SOONGäó they are easing the isk transfers in slowly so that uber rich corps don't just pour money in willy kittening nilly.
But once they decide on a tax rate and how to not utterly annihilate the current balance of the market then yes. |

But once they decide on a tax rate and how to not utterly annihilate the current balance of the market then yes. Well that's a bit silly really.
Price, charges or tax is no barrier to anything in the EVE universe when it comes to ISK, "++ber rich corps" can afford to do whatever they want regardless.
If they can't transfer the ISK there's more that one way to skin a cat to get items of advantage into the hands of those they support.
Seems like a barrier to the common man. |

I'm going to have to agree with you, three batteries. Aren't eve players notorious for going against the system? |

Its a temporary barrier to everyone, while they try to balance the marketplaces for the two games.
They've said they're going to start with a relatively high tax then gradually phase it out. |

So how do I buy corporation assets, like vehicles were previously said? I was sitting in the marketplace trying to figure it out before getting disconnected and just calling it a day. |

I imagine the easiest way to balance the market as it currently is would be to have the base pay for a battle not being funded by a real person/corp scale to some portion (say 75%) of the average Isk payout given by real players/corps, then scale the prices of market goods accordingly. Say an NPC battle should on average cover the cost of, oh, 50 assault rifles, or 500 grenades, then have the base prices on that gear and all other gear scale with the base NPC payout for battles to keep those numbers intact. The idea is that people getting funded by corporations would still have a funding advantage, without being able to buy and lose 10 tanks a match compared to other players having to farm 4 matches to buy their next tank.
Of course, if the goods available for purchase on the market end up being connected to EVE as well as the Isk payouts for battles, that wouldn't work as well, though it could still work for items that aren't sold by players. |

My corp gives me money sinceI repair and revive them. Last build I wasn't getting points for repairing and my suits were expensive. You die a lot as a support. |
